Competition Information

Competition spots are limited to help ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for all competitors.

Each individual event is currently limited to approximately 14 competitors. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Once an event reaches capacity, additional competitors may be placed on a waitlist if openings become available.

Event organizers reserve the right to close registration early once divisions or events are full.

Application & Approval Process

Competitors must complete the following application for review and consideration.

Approved competitors will receive:

• Competition confirmation

• Additional event details

• Liability waiver and safety documents

• Payment link to finalize registration

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the competition.

Please note:

• Competitors will review waiver documents prior to payment.

• Official waiver signatures will be completed during check-in before competing.

Safety & Eligibility Requirements

Competitors must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have prior heavy equipment operating experience

• Sign all required liability waivers

• Attend the mandatory safety briefing

• Follow all judge, staff, and safety officer instructions throughout the event
