Vendors wishing to sell or serve alcoholic beverages at Mountain Artisans Market must comply with all applicable California state and local regulations.

All alcohol vendors are required to provide the following prior to the event:

• A valid California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license appropriate for the type of alcohol being sold or served. • An approved ABC Off-Premises / Off-Site Event Permit for the specific market date and location. • General liability insurance listing Madera County and Fresno Flats Historic Park as additionally insured, as required by the venue and county. • Compliance with all ABC serving laws, including age verification and responsible alcohol service.

Alcohol vendors are responsible for ensuring that all permits and insurance documentation are submitted before the market date. Vendors may not sell or serve alcohol until all required approvals are confirmed.

Mountain Artisans Market reserves the right to deny alcohol sales if proper licensing, permits, or insurance documentation is not provided.

Vendor fees help support the organization, promotion, and operation of Mountain Artisans Market. Because space is limited and planning begins in advance, vendor fees are generally non-refundable once a space has been reserved.

If a vendor needs to cancel:

• 7 days or more before the market: Vendor may request a credit toward a future market date within the same season. • Less than 7 days before the market: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the space has already been reserved and promoted.

If Mountain Artisans Market must cancel an event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive either: • A full credit toward a future market date, or • A refund of the vendor fee, depending on the situation.

If a vendor does not attend the market (no-show) without prior notice, the vendor fee will be forfeited.
