April B8
April 18th 2026 Market Hillerman Honey will be here
Vendor spaces are approximately 10 ft x 10 ft. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and display setup. Tents must be securely weighted for safety.
The market is held once a month from March through October, with seasonal hours: • Spring & Fall (March–April, September–October): 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Summer Evening Markets (May–August): 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Vendors may begin setup approximately 1.5–2 hours before the market opens. All booths must be fully set up before the market begins and remain open until closing.
We welcome artisans, makers, growers, food vendors, nonprofits, and community groups. Preference is given to handmade, locally produced, and unique goods that reflect the creativity of our mountain community.
Please note: • Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations if selling food. • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax if applicable. • This is an outdoor event, and vendors should be prepared for weather conditions. • Respectful, community-minded participation is expected.
Mountain Artisans Market is designed to be a welcoming and supportive space for both experienced and first-time vendors, helping people share their craft and connect with the community.
Vendor fees help support the organization, promotion, and operation of Mountain Artisans Market. Because space is limited and planning begins in advance, vendor fees are generally non-refundable once a space has been reserved.
If a vendor needs to cancel:
• 7 days or more before the market: Vendor may request a credit toward a future market date within the same season. • Less than 7 days before the market: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as the space has already been reserved and promoted.
If Mountain Artisans Market must cancel an event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, vendors will receive either: • A full credit toward a future market date, or • A refund of the vendor fee, depending on the situation.
If a vendor does not attend the market (no-show) without prior notice, the vendor fee will be forfeited.
